(a) Advertising copy and illustrations are subject to approval of the publisher.
(b) Advertising which, in the opinion of the publisher, simulates editorial format will be labelled "Advertisement".
(c) Statements, claims, offers or performance promised in accepted advertising are solely the responsibility of the advertiser.
(d) Short rate invoice will be issued when it is apparent contract upon billing has been based cannot be completed. Credit memo will be issued when a lower rate is earned by advertising published.
(e) All artwork, negatives, etc. will be destroyed by publisher if not demanded within one year.
(f) Advertising rates subject to change upon issuance of a new rate card. In the event of rate change, contracted advertisers will be protected under existing rates for 3 (three) months beyond the general effective date of the rate change.
Commissions and cash discounts
(a) Agency Commission — 15% to recognized advertising agencies.
(b) Cash Discount — 2% of net when paid by 15th of month following billing.

BUSINESS REPLY CARD
Must be accompanied by at least one page adjacent advertisement. Standard size card: 5 3/4" wide by 4 3/8" deep — maximum live area 5 1/4" wide by 3 3/4" deep. Charged at earned 1/3 page B&W rate plus $7 per M non-commissionable stitch-in charge. If publisher is to print cards, supply film or artwork and check with publisher for current quote on printing costs which will be charged extra. If cards are to be printed and supplied by advertiser, above rates (less printing costs) apply.
Allow 2 1/2" binding lip and 1/4" head trim. For supplied cards, specific production instructions and required quantities must be checked with publisher. Additional folding charges may apply. For non-standard size cards, check with publisher for acceptability, rates and production requirements.
