Directors sit tight

Board directors are trying not to spread themselves too thin these days so they can give proper attention to each board, according to a survey from PricewaterhouseCoopers and Corporate Board Member magazine. Almost half (47%) of the respondents polled sit on only one board; 78% sit on one or two.
