Leadership seminar may change lives

The ICAO and ICABC have initiated an intensive six-day leadership seminar they believecan transform the professional and personal lives of attendees.

CAs in leadership positions will walk away with tools that will change their lives, says Robert Gagnon, the ICAO’s associate direc-tor of professional development.“CAs have a broader mandate now; people look to them to leadorganizations.”

Seminar leaders Jim Murray, CEO of his consulting company, Optimal Solutions International, and Vijay Jog, a finance professor at Carleton University’s Sprott School of Business in Ottawa, helped design the program.

The next session of Leading for Optimal Performance: A Program for Executive Management will be held in Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ont.,from October 22 to 27.
